far, it's been pretty straight forward with our product information and sales.
However, in the interest
of serving our clients as efficiently as possible we will continue to post FAQ's
as they arise.
Q. How many boxes do I need?
A.
Everyone's possessions take up a different amount of space, but our Packs are
designed for the average. Order the Packs best suited to your size residence and
you can always add more Packs or single items from our a la carte menu.
Q.
How long in advance should I start packing?
A.
The earlier, the better. When you start early it allows you to do small amounts
at a time and get a feel for whether you will need more packing materials than
you originally thought.
Q. What supplies do I need for protective wrapping?
A.
Start with our Protection Pack or Protection + Pack. This will give you an indication
of what you need. Everyone has varying amounts of breakables and possessions of
high value, but our Pack should provide a good variety for you to start with.
(Ex.
Inkless Newsprint is good for wrapping items to avoid scratching but if the item
is delicate you will need to wrap it in bubble wrap. Lining the carton with bubble
is also suggested for very fragile and valuable items.)
Q. How do the
orders ship?
A. All orders are
shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service) ground.
Q. How long will an
order take to be delivered?
A.
Orders go out on the day they are received; if possible, otherwise they go out
the following day (we ship only Monday-Friday). Orders that come in on Saturday
and Sunday will ship on Monday unless Monday is a National Holiday. Please refer

Q. What
are Cell Kits?
A. Cell Kits are
a series of interlocking corrugated pieces, which form a tic-tac-toe shape of
cells to fit glasses, and mugs, ect. They can be organized to fit larger items
by removing pieces. Each Cell Kit makes up 16 small cells and the Jumbo Cell Kit
is made up of 3 cell kits and 2 separator pads to put under the cell kit to prevent
items from sitting on top of items below. A Jumbo Cell Kit completely fills a
Dish Carton with Cells (48). Cell Kits and Jumbo Cell Kits are sold separately
and are not included with Dish Carton. |
